He made a will thirty first day of October
1 941. I Samuel Stephany ofSouthways Station Road Tring in the County of Hertford Esquire DECLARE this to be my LAST WILL which I make this Thirty first day of October One thousand nine hundred and forty one HEREBY REVOKING all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made. 1. I APPOINT my brother in law
GEORGE LEVY my Wife BEATRICE STEPHANY and my Son GEORGE MAURICE STEPHANY Executors of this my Will 2. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I shall be possessed or entitled at my death or over which I shall then have a general power of appointment or disposition by Will unto my Wife absolutely IN WITNESS whereof! have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written.
